- 1331 DR - Tethyrn court wizards decipher drow texts and learn of the island
- 1333 DR - First Tethyrn expedition lands on the island. Fort Ramsallis is founded.
- 1335 DR - Merchants from Amn and Waterdeep establish Ranzington
- 1336 DR - Lady Shilar arrives and sets up a community on a smaller island nearby
- 1347 DR - Ten Black Days of Eleint, Ramsallis loses contact with the mainland
- 1355 DR - The day of Terror - Great Blue Wyrm T'aluk lays waste to a large portion of Ranzington
- 1364 DR - Workers rebel in Ramsallis, destroying most of it and starting a decade long brutal war
- 1366 DR - Several bloody battles take place, with most of the Tethyrn forces routed. The rebels name themselves Axfell and establish a fort in the Rustin mountains on the east.
- 1367 DR - Remaining Tethyr soldiers retreat to their westernmost fort and name themselves Cleaven
